Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Aris Wallex mobile application, website, and related wallet, card, transfer, and bill payment services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Aris Wallex.

Eligibility and Account Use

You may use Aris Wallex only if you are legally permitted to do so and if the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, login credentials, and any activity that occurs under your account.

We may request identity or business verification information where needed to activate or continue access to regulated features.

Payments, Cards, and Transfers

Aris Wallex provides access to payment and financial features that may include wallet services, bank transfers, virtual or physical cards, airtime purchases, bill payments, and transaction history. Availability of features may vary by user, jurisdiction, verification status, partner requirements, or product updates.

You authorize Aris Wallex and its service partners to process instructions you submit through the app. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirmation, including recipient information, fees, exchange rates, and funding amounts where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Aris Wallex for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity. This includes attempts to bypass security, misuse payment instruments, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or violate sanctions, anti-money laundering, or other financial compliance rules.

We may suspend or terminate access, block transactions, or report activity where misuse or unlawful conduct is reasonably suspected.

Third-Party Services

Some features depend on third-party providers such as banks, payment processors, card schemes, identity verification partners, mobile platform operators, and telecommunications or utility providers. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or policy decisions caused by third parties, although we may work with them to resolve issues.

Intellectual Property and Service Changes

The Aris Wallex app, branding, interface, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Aris Wallex and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service or its content.

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including to improve security, comply with law, or reflect partner or product changes.

Disclaimers and Liability

Aris Wallex aims to provide reliable services, but the service is provided on an as-available and as-applicable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aris Wallex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from inaccurate user instructions, third-party failures, network issues, regulatory actions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Termination and Contact

We may suspend or terminate your access if required by law, by a partner relationship, for security reasons, for breach of these terms, or where your use creates risk for other users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

If you have questions about these terms, contact Aris Wallex at hello@ariswallex.com. We may revise these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
